INGREDIENTS:
1.5 - 2 lbs Oak Barn Beef Tri Tip Roast
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
5 - 6 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 tablespoons minced fresh Rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MARINADE:
- Put roast in ziplock bag
- Whisk all ingredients together except salt and pepper
- Pour remaining ingredients into the bag
- Seal bag and move contents around to thoroughly cover meat
- Put in a pan and let sit in refrigerator of 6 - 8 hours and no more than 24 hours
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Put roast in shallow baking pan
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until 135 - 140 degrees
- Remove from oven and wrap with tin foil (tent so seasoning does not rub off)
- Let stand for 15 minutes
- Slice against the grain and serve
