We know that everyone is busy and has a hard time finding kid-friendly recipes to make. This is a convenient meal that could easily turn into a freezer meal. Roll up a few extra burritos, wrap in plastic wrap, put in a zip lock bag, pop them in the freezer and you have an easy freezer meal. All you have to do is grab one out of the freezer and microwave until warm. This is perfect when the kids are out of school this summer and you have no idea what to make them for lunch. Beef roasts are so versatile and you can make many different recipes with them. One of my favorites is BBQ Beef Sandwiches. We plan to eat bbq beef sandwiches the first night and then have something different with the left overs. I am planning to make a homemade bbq beef pizza with the left overs!
