It may seem early to think about your holiday meal plans, but now’s the time to reserve your Prime Rib Roast! Preorders are officially open, and with limited availability, we recommend claiming yours early.

A $50 deposit is required at the time of reserving your roast. This deposit will go toward your final invoice.

• Thanksgiving: Order by October 30, 2025
• Christmas & New Year's: Order by November 20, 2025

Bone-In or Boneless?
We offer both options! Here’s a quick breakdown:

• Bone-In: Known for richer flavor; bones act as insulation for juicier results. A bit more complex to cook and carve.
• Boneless: Easier to carve, cooks faster, still incredibly tender and flavorful.

How Much Should I Order?
Use this general guide:

• Bone-In Roasts: 1 rib feeds about 2 people

Pricing (Billed Per Pound): $29.99/pound

Payment Information:

A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Once your roast is weighed and priced (after we receive it from the butcher), we’ll apply the deposit and email your final invoice.
