Boneless Prime Rib is easier to cook and carve, making it a great option for hosts looking for convenience without sacrificing flavor. It cooks more quickly than bone-in and still delivers an incredibly tender, juicy bite.
How Much Should I Order?
A good rule of thumb:

Boneless: Plan for 1 pound per person
Pricing: $32.99/pound
Final total will depend on the actual weight of your roast.
Payment Info:
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your roast and will be applied to your final invoice. Once we receive the prime rib back from the butcher and know the exact weight, we'll email your invoice for the remaining balance.
Shipping
We ship once each week on Mondays by UPS Ground Shipping, subject to change with the holidays. We utilize a shipping cooler & dry ice.
