Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas

Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas - Easy & Delicious!

I am always looking for easy meals to whip up for lunch. This one seems like a great one for any meal, but I am keeping it in mind for my work-from-home lunches! This recipe is adapted from Chocolate Moosey. Check out their page for a ton of delicious recipes!

Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Cook steak to desired temperature stove-top or grill.
  2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, peppers, and mushrooms and cook until they are no longer crunchy!
  3. In another large skillet over medium heat, add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil. Once the oil and pan are hot, add 1 tortilla. Top half of the tortilla with 1 slice of cheese, some cooked steak, and some of the onion mixture. Fold the quesadilla in half.
  4. When the cheese is melted and the underside has brown spots, flip the quesadilla then cook the remaining side until golden-brown. Remove to a cutting board and cut in half.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

Hope you enjoy!
