The days are getting longer and (thank goodness) warmer! That means it is time to increase the grilling activities and get a little more creative with recipes.
Burgers are something that we truly enjoy *spicing up* by trying new recipes. Don't get me wrong, I can eat a good old ground beef patty and bun any day... But sometimes it is fun to throw a curve ball and try some new recipes.
With your 4th of July or Memorial Day grill out, it might be a good idea to break out some of these recipes. You'll not only WOW your guests but WOW your taste buds (I am so cheesy, I know.... no pun intended).

Beef roasts are so versatile and you can make many different recipes with them. One of my favorites is BBQ Beef Sandwiches. We plan to eat bbq beef sandwiches the first night and then have something different with the left overs. I am planning to make a homemade bbq beef pizza with the left overs!
