These turkey wings come from a small flock of turkeys we raised on our farm last year and kept frozen until we were ready to release them. Rich in flavor and incredibly versatile, turkey wings are a favorite for slow cooking, roasting, and making deeply flavorful broths.
They’re perfect for oven-roasting until tender, braising, or using as a base for soups, stocks, and gravies. If you love meals that build flavor over time, this is a cut worth keeping in your freezer.
We do not have plans to raise turkeys again, so availability is limited to the turkey we currently have on hand.
