These turkey drumsticks come from a small flock of turkeys we raised on our farm last year and kept frozen until we were ready to release them. Meaty, flavorful, and perfect for slow cooking or roasting, turkey drums are one of those cuts that feel special without being fussy.
They’re great for roasting low and slow, braising, or adding to soups and stews when you want deeper flavor. This is an underrated cut that delivers big, comforting meals — especially in colder months.
We do not have plans to raise turkeys again, so availability is limited to the turkey we currently have on hand.
